Opposition

I was talked to a family member today that strongly opposes homeschooling. I wrote a whole rant about it because I was hurt/angry. Then I decided to put on my big girl panties, so this is all the air time it will receive.

    HEY Ma,as a homeschool parent get ready to hear all kinds of reasons NOT TOO rather than all the wonderful reasons to applaud u and ur children. I know first hand and yes, I too had to put on my Obama smile and nod in agreement and do what is best for the good of my children! :-) When people compliment my children's behavior and especially their innocence I proudly let them know HOMESCHOOLING created that confidence, respect and trust.
